Preparing for your Mini Session

Refer to your Mini Session confirmation email for:

• your scheduled date & time

• your session location

ARRIVE EARLY

Mini Sessions are scheduled back-to-back and we want to be respectful of everyone’s time. Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session. This may result in a reduction of the number of proofs and edited images.

Be completely ready to shoot at your scheduled time (hair & makeup touched up, bathroom used, outfit & jewelry on).

WHAT TO WEAR

Stay away from anything with text or bold graphics as they tend to be distracting. Wear colors that compliment your hair and complexion.  All types of necklines can look good in your headshot.  Most importantly, wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.

WHAT TO EXPECT

These sessions are fast-paced and fun. We use our time efficiently by arriving prepared and with a POSITIVE MINDSET. During the session, I coach you on how to pose, where to put your hands and guide you through a variety of facial expressions. This results in a collection of high-quality headshots that you’ll view in your personal online proofing gallery. The link to your online proofing gallery will arrive in your inbox within a week after your session.

DIGITAL PHOTO DELIVERY

Your session includes one custom-retouched, high resolution digital photo for you to use as you’d like. Additional custom-retouched digital photos are available for purchase through your online gallery for $50 each.

You’ll choose your favorite shot(s) from your online proofing gallery and email me with any specific retouching requests. I’ll deliver your custom-retouched, high resolution digital photo(s) to you via email so you can download to your personal computer.
