Each Event Headshot Station is designed for efficiency and quality. Depending on your schedule and flow, we typically photograph 30 to 60 people per hour with one photographer.

For larger conferences or high-volume events, we can scale with multiple stations or additional photographers to accommodate hundreds of attendees each day. Every participant receives the same level of professionalism, posing guidance, and expert lighting to ensure a consistent, high-quality result.

What do you need from the event venue to set up the Headshot Station?

The Headshot Station is a self-contained studio setup that fits comfortably in most event spaces.
All we need is:

  • A 10x10-foot space (minimum) with access to standard power

  • A nearby table for laptop and gear setup

  • Reasonable proximity to foot traffic so guests can find the station easily
